Ms. Alazazi is a journalist and human rights advocate, currently serving as a member of the editorial management team at Taiz Time and its affiliated platforms. Since 2013, she has accumulated extensive experience in journalism, authoring political and humanitarian reports for various local news outlets, including Yemen Net—where she has contributed since its inception in 2017. She also serves as a correspondent for Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, based in London.

Ms. Alazazi previously held the position of Media Officer at the Yemeni Center for Civil Rights, a non-governmental organization dedicated to democratic development, human rights awareness, and the advancement of civil liberties since 2011. Then She has led the center’s Women’s Civil Rights Program and facilitated numerous dialogue initiatives under its auspices.

She is an active member of several regional coalitions, including the Regional Alliance for Women Human Rights Defenders and the Women Solidarity Network.

Ms. Alazazi holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Television from Sana’a University, along with a Training of Trainers (TOT) certification from the American Democratic Center (NDI). Her professional development includes specialized training in electoral and political systems and party engagement through the Istijabah Foundation. Additionally, she has participated in a wide range of human rights–focused courses, advocacy campaigns, and women’s political empowerment initiatives, including international conferences and workshops held in Istanbul.
