Muna Alhammadi is a specialist in strategic partnerships, advocacy, research, and policy analysis, with a deep commitment to advancing climate action and gender justice. She currently serves as a member and co-convener of the MENA Regional Coordination Team within the Women & Gender Constituency (WGC).

Muna’s work focuses on the intersection of climate change and gender equality, with the goal of ensuring that women’s voices are central to the development of climate policies and solutions. She is dedicated to fostering effective partnerships and advancing innovative approaches that contribute to a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient future.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid and has extensive experience in sustainable development, humanitarian response, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Her portfolio includes climate-related initiatives in sustainable agriculture, water management, and renewable energy, with a particular emphasis on women’s empowerment and advocacy in Yemen and across the Middle East and North Africa region.
